My story
I am a lawyer with a solid track record in the field of Financial Criminal Law. My passion for this area of law led me to earn a Master's degree in Criminal Law from the prestigious University of Buenos Aires, where I also have the honor of serving as a Professor of Financial Criminal Law.
My professional experience encompasses highly responsible roles in the public sector, including positions as former Director of Relations with the Judiciary and former Director of the Criminal Law Observatory at the Ministry of National Security. I was also former Director of Criminal Affairs, Investigations, and Summaries at ANSES (National Security Agency), and my career includes stints in the National Judiciary and the National Council of the Judiciary.
My commitment to the continuous improvement of the legal system led me to become an Advisor to the Criminal Code Reform Commission (Decree 103/17), where I was able to contribute my knowledge and experience in the pursuit of a more just and efficient criminal justice system.
This combination of academic and professional experience allows me to offer my clients a comprehensive and in-depth approach to resolving their legal issues, with a special emphasis on economic criminal law.
